Whats the perfect way to celebrate your little Princess/Prince’s Birthday? A cake smash of course! The first part of this session I will capture your little one’s portrait’s with a few clothing changes and different backgrounds.. Then I will ‘present’ the little one with their fabulous, yummy cake. I can’t tell you the funny expressions they make when they realise they are allowed to just dive in! Priceless!
Cake Smash Information.
What’s included in a Cake Smash session.
Before we even get to the cake smashing, I will take a various shots using different backgrounds and possibly a different outfit or two if you so wish. Ensuring that you will have some lovely fun and natural shots as well as your little one getting messy with a cake. We will follow babies lead. If they want to take a break or need time out then that is what we will do. I only ever book one session a day ensuring that we are able to take our time and not rush the session.
I also ask parents to bring a towel, sponge or flannel with them as I will supply a small bath tub to help clean baby and we might even get chance to take some further images of baby enjoying a splash in the tub.
Please remember to bring a change of outfit for not only baby to change into after said cake smash but for yourselves as you will undoubtedly get a little messy too!
Things to bring.
1) A beaker of juice for baby. It’s thirsty work eating cake.
2) A sandwich or some savoury snacks for baby to have a munch on.
3) A few outfit changes and clean change of clothes for after the session.
4) A sponge/flannel and towel.
